Chambersburg is 1-9 against Central Dauphin since April of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Monday. The Trojans will be playing at home against the Rams  at 4:15  p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Having struggled with seven  defeats in a row, Chambersburg  turned things around against Cumberland Valley  on Thursday. They were the clear victors by  a  7-1 margin over the Eagles. The Trojans not only won  on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win  since March 19th (when they won  12-0).

Chambersburg got a great performance from  K McMullen as he  pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off   six  hits. McMullen has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  K Barclay was  excellent,  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances with one  run and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  R Mills, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Central Dauphin). They put the hurt on Wilson with a sharp  10-2 win on Saturday. The  victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
 Nick Tirado spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered  just two earned runs on five hits and racked up six Ks.
 On the hitting side,  Jace Collins was a standout: he went 4-for-5 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brady Smith, who  got on base  in four of his five plate appearances with three  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.
 Chambersburg's  win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Central Dauphin, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
 Chambersburg couldn't quite finish off Central Dauphin when the teams last played  back in March and fell  6-4. Will the Trojans have more luck at home instead of on the road?  Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
