Softball Recap: Colfax Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four contests, Colfax finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They fell just short of the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Broncos by a score of 2-0. It was the first time this season that the Bulldogs let down their fans at home.

Colfax's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna, they moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

While Colfax had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
