McDaniel waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 14-9 win over the Cleveland Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Mountain Lions: when they faced off against the Warriors on April 3rd, they had to take a 7-5 defeat.

The team relied heavily on Kaylie Schmitz, who went 4-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2025. Lucy Anderson was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.

McDaniel now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Cleveland, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. McDaniel will challenge rival Grant at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Cleveland is set to face off against their familiar foe Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
