The biggest upset of the week belonged to Whitman, who took down 129th ranked Whitman, 7-3.
Bethesda-Chevy Chase and the Vikings played the most hotly contested game in Montgomery County 4A - South this week, with Bethesda-Chevy Chase eventually emerging with a 7-3 victory.
Whitman's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kevin McGowan threw for 111 yards and Zac Morton had 46 yards receiving. On the ground Morton chipped in 166 yards. Joe Granger helped Whitman's passing attack out by catching two balls for 24 yards.
Whitman's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Vikings feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. McGowan has thrown for 558 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Morton has 12 catches for 136 yards. Morton leads the league in rushing with 595 yards.
