Devon Dawkins continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his seventh-straight game with at least five total tackles. He picked up two sacks, made seven total tackles (3.5 for loss), and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 7.5 sacks on the season.

Looking ahead, Dawkins and Sebastian River will head out on the road to face off against John Carroll Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sharks will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 192 places lower in Florida), but they're not letting that get them down.
