Volleyball Recap: Texas School for the Deaf Rangers vs. Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vanguard College Prep, Texas School for the Deaf was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Rangers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Texas School for the Deaf took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-8, 25-14.
Texas School for the Deaf found their leader in sophomore Jozephine Rocha, who had seven digs and two aces. Sulianie Casella also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.
