Volleyball Recap: Southwick Regional Triumphs

Southwick Regional hadn't done well against Ware recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Rams walked away with a 3-1 win over the Indians. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 18-25, 25-13, 25-16.

Southwick Regional's offense was headlined by Eleanor Nooney and Kaileigh Savva, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Taylor Dulchinos and her six assists. Gabriela Victor controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The victory got Southwick Regional back to even at 1-1. As for Ware, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
