Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lotus School For Excellence). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 83-13 victory over the Cripple Creek-Victor Pioneers. The Meteors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Lotus School For Excellence found their leader in sophomore Azaraya Regassa, who made all 8 shots he took racking up 16 points. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for Regassa. The team also got some help courtesy of Abinabi Goitom, who posted eight points and eight boards.

Lotus School For Excellence was working as a unit and finished the game with 31 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Despite the loss, Cripple Creek-Victor still got an impressive performance from Dylan Reyes, who scored eight points.

The win (which was Lotus School For Excellence's seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-3. As for Cripple Creek-Victor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
