Community entered their tilt with Lone Oak on Monday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Lone Oak Buffaloes. That's more bragging rights for the Braves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Community's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Lone Oak, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, Community will head out to square off against Whitewright at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. Whitewright's pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so Community's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Lone Oak, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cumby at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
