Basketball Game Preview: Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs vs. Trinity Christian Crusaders

Berean Baptist Academy is 1-8 against Trinity Christian since December of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Berean Baptist Academy Bulldogs will jump right back in to play the Trinity Christian Crusaders at 8:00 p.m. Berean Baptist Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Trinity Christian likes a good challenge.

On Thursday, Berean Baptist Academy strolled past Freedom Christian Academy with points to spare, taking the game 73-55.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian entered their tilt with Northwood Temple Academy on Thursday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They enjoyed a cozy 75-59 win over the Eagles.

Berean Baptist Academy's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-10. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for Trinity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 20-8.

Berean Baptist Academy took their victory against Trinity Christian in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 58-38. The rematch might be a little tougher for Berean Baptist Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
