It was another big night for Maya Pitts, who posted 34 points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mackenzey Watson, who had 13 points and seven boards.

Gwynn Park smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in seven consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Crossland walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hornets on Friday, sneaking past 36-34. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cavaliers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Gwynn Park has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 47.8 points. Crossland's win bumped their record up to 8-13.
