Baseball Recap: Collinsville Extends Road Winning Streak to 30

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Collinsville had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They came out on top against Crawford by a score of 6-1.

Collinsville pushed their record up to 25-4 with the victory, which was their 30th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Crawford, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 14-9 record.
