Baseball Recap: High Point Central Takes a Loss

High Point Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 16-2 to the Thomasville Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-3 two weeks ago.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Thomasville, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

High Point Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-0 loss against Southern Guilford on the 28th. As for Thomasville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 13-7 defeat against West Davidson on the 28th.
