Basketball Game Preview: Pullman Greyhounds vs. North Central Wolfpack

The Pullman Greyhounds are taking a road trip to face off against the North Central Wolfpack at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pullman will be strutting in after a win while North Central will be coming in after a defeat.

Pullman took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They strolled past West Valley with points to spare, taking the game 50-36.

Meanwhile, North Central played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt an 80-31 loss at the hands of Clarkston. The Wolfpack were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-14.

This is the second loss in a row for North Central and nudges their season record down to 2-10. As for Pullman, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-5.

Pullman was able to grind out a solid win over North Central in their previous meeting back in June of 2021, winning 50-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pullman since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
