Football Recap: Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Christian lost against East Grand Rapids back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles had to suffer through a 38-7 loss at the hands of the Pioneers.

Charlie King threw for 99 yards and one TD. Justin Davis was his top target, picking up 79 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Elden Grover rushed for 59 yards.

Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for East Grand Rapids, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Christian and East Grand Rapids will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles are set to square off against their familiar foe Spring Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, East Grand Rapids will challenge rival Catholic Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
