Baseball Preview: Crescent City Raiders vs. Halifax Academy Knights
The Crescent City Raiders will take on the Halifax Academy Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Halifax Academy took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Crescent City, who comes in off a win.
Crescent City took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over Peniel Baptist Academy. Considering the Raiders' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
