Football Game Preview: Booker Tornadoes vs. Bayshore Bruins + How To Watch

Booker has gone 8-2 against Bayshore recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tornadoes will be playing at home against the Bruins at 7:00 p.m. Booker will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

Booker is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 75-0 victory over Mulberry. That 75 point margin sets a new team best for the Tornadoes this season.

Joel Morris had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 242 yards and five TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes. A healthy portion of Morris' aerial production (121 yards to be exact) went to Dylan Wester, who also brought in three receiving touchdowns.

Booker was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 353 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in three consecutive games.

Booker didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Karaijus Hayes and Jordan Booker, who each picked up one interception apiece. Hayes got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Bayshore didn't have too much trouble with Chamberlain on Friday as they won 27-12.

Booker's record is now 10-1. As for Bayshore, their record now sits at 5-6.

Everything came up roses for Booker against Bayshore in their previous meeting back in September, as the team secured a 51-0 win. Will the Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Bruins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
