Softball Recap: Seaside Comes Up Short

Seaside fell victim to Seton Catholic and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Sentinels, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Seagulls just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Seton Catholic, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1-2.

Looking ahead, Seaside will head out to face off against Warrenton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seton Catholic, they will face off against Northwest Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Seton Catholic's pitchers better be ready for this one: Northwest Christian has averaged an impressive 12.3 runs per game this season.
