La Jolla won the last time they faced Castle Park and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings' defense stepped up to hand the Trojans a 1-0 shutout. That's two games straight that La Jolla have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Baptiste Ferton, who's now up to three this season.

The win made it two in a row for La Jolla and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matches. As for Castle Park, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
