Recap: Prosser Falcons vs. Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats
After only two points in their last match, The Prosser Falcons made sure to put some points up on the board against the Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats on Saturday. Prosser blew past Back of the Yards College Prep, posting a 49-6 win on the road. The result was nothing new for Prosser, who have now won three contests by 31 points or more so far this season.
Among those leading the charge was Ethan Velazquez, who picked up seven receiving yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 68 yards and a touchdown while completing 100% of his passes. Tyshaun Strong also deserves a shout-out for his three touchdowns.
The victory makes it two in a row for Prosser and bumps their season record up to 7-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-9 Fenger (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 30% over those games). As for Back of the Yards College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
Prosser does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Back of the Yards College Prep is also done with their season.
