Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fort Bend Austin). They never let the Fort Bend Bush Broncos get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Thursday. The Bulldogs not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 28, 2024 (when they won 16-2).

Fort Bend Austin's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-14. As for Fort Bend Bush, they dropped their record down to 3-19-1 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight at home.

Fort Bend Austin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Bend Bush, they will host Fort Bend Dulles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Broncos' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
