Kingman is a perfect 8-0 against Tonopah Valley since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Phoenix at 2:00 p.m. Tonopah Valley took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Kingman, who comes in off a win.

Kingman is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 23-0 margin over Highland Prep on Friday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their two-run performance the match before.

Meanwhile, Tonopah Valley fell victim to Chino Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Phoenix's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Kingman's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-11. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Tonopah Valley, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Kingman took their victory against Tonopah Valley in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 22-3 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Phoenix have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
