Basketball Game Preview: New Life Christian Crusaders vs. Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis Crusaders

The New Life Christian Crusaders will start their season against the Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis Crusaders. Tip off is scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

While Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They really took it to The Fulton for the full four quarters, racking up a 55-13 victory. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 40 points or more this season.

Their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

As for New Life Christian, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished 0-4.

New Life Christian was taken down by Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis 49-18 in their previous meeting back in January. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point New Life Christian was down 33-5.
