 North Schuylkill has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  square off against the Danville Ironmen at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. North Schuylkill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7  runs per game  this season.
 On Wednesday, North Schuylkill came up short against Pine Grove  and fell  12-9. North Schuylkill has not had much luck with Pine Grove recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
  Jaxson Chowansky made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Hunter Rogers was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Danville also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Mount Carmel by a score of  8-3. Danville has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Danville saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Carter Raup, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-2.
 North Schuylkill's record is now 11-8. As for Danville, their record is now 12-5.
 North Schuylkill beat Danville 11-6  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Danville's  Mason Raup, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.
