Basketball Recap: Red Rock Central Takes a Loss

Red Rock Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 68-33 loss at the hands of the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Eagles are ranked 185th).

Red Rock Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.

Red Rock Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-35 defeat against Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop on the 18th. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 73-66 loss against Central Minnesota Christian on the 18th.
