 The Barlow Bruins's 23-7 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They fell just short of Wilsonville by a score of  55-52. Barlow's defeat continues a unfortunate trend for the  team, making it three in a row.
 Wilsonville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Audrey Counts led the charge by  dropping  a double-double on 19 points and ten  rebounds. Those ten  rebounds set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was  Gabi Moultrie, who  scored 20 points along with five  assists and five  steals.
 Barlow has  traveled a rocky road recently, as they've  lost five of their last six contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Wilsonville, they now  have a winning record of 5-4.
 Barlow won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Lakeridge on December 29th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Oregon (Lakeridge is ranked 139th, while Barlow is ranked 121st).
