 Saint Andrew scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Miami Country Day Spartans as the Saint Andrew's Scots made off with  a  17-2 victory. With that  win, Saint Andrew's brought their scoring average up to 6.8  runs per game.
  Emery Coleman was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). Coleman was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  M Spina, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Carter Derks, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-2.
 The  victory (which was Saint Andrew's third in a row) raised their record to 6-7-1. They've been dominating during the  games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 12 runs. As for Miami Country Day, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Ransom Everglades at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Ransom Everglades is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.4  runs per game this season.
