Preview: Grandview Heights Bobcats vs. Mifflin Punchers
The Grandview Heights Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mifflin Punchers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Valley scored an imposing 34 points on Thursday, Grandview Heights still came out on top. Grandview Heights pulled ahead with a 35-34 photo finish over Valley. The win made it back-to-back wins for Grandview Heights.
Grandview Heights found their leader in underclassman Henry Ohlinger, who rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. Ohlinger is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last six games he's played. Will Sanzo was another key contributor, picking up 91 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Mifflin earned a 14-6 win over Linden-McKinley on Friday.
Grandview Heights has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Mifflin, their win on Friday bumped their record up to 2-7.
