It was a good run, but Park Hill unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 57-48 to the Oak Park Northmen. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Northmen apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2017.

Park Hill's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-2. As for Oak Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Park Hill will head out to square off against Shawnee Mission Northwest at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oak Park, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Fort Osage at 7:00 p.m. on January 13, 2025.
