Seneca had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 28-21 win over the Lancaster Bruins on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won five games in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Seneca to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gavin Thoma, who threw for 233 yards and three TDs while completing 78.3% of his passes. Amari Verner helped Thoma out on the ground, rushing for 130 yards while picking up 7.2 yards per carry.

Seneca's record now sits at 10-1. As for Lancaster, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Looking ahead, Seneca will square off against A.C. Flora at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will need to watch out since the Falcons have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests. Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
