Piketon waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 47-42 W against the St. Joseph Central Flyers. While the Redstreaks didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Piketon's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for St. Joseph Central, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Piketon will welcome Southeastern at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Joseph Central, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
