Volleyball Recap: Rauner Takes a Loss

Rauner lost against Bulls College Prep back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulls.

While Rauner was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-11.

Bulls College Prep was led to victory by Gael Oliver and Noe Dominguez. Oliver had four aces and three digs, while Dominguez had five digs and two aces.

Rauner's defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bulls College Prep, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Rauner will square off against Golder at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bulls College Prep, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Comer on the 10th.
