Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Monroe Trojans
Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Monroe Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Railsplitters of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on October 3rd.
While Lincoln ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18.
