Soccer Recap: Riverdale Takes a Loss

Riverdale came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-2 to the Fort Jennings Musketeers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Fort Jennings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in September.

Blaine Roach and Nathan Alge scored both of Riverdale's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Riverdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Jennings, they will head out to face off against Continental at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Continental will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Fort Jennings surely won't give up without a fight.
