Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Ian Burk stepped things up a notch to give Escalon the 'W'. Burk was unstoppable, striking out eight batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
