Basketball Recap: Harding University Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Harding University managed to keep up with West Charlotte until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Rams lost 77-57 to the Lions. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.

West Charlotte got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cha Cho Womack out in front who shot 47% from the field en route to 27 points and five rebounds. Those 27 points gave Womack a new career-high. Kaharri Coleman was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 12 boards.

Harding University's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for West Charlotte, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Harding University will challenge Huss at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for West Charlotte, they have already played their next matchup, a 69-59 victory against Walkertown on the 29th.
