Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Academy Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Kate Poitevint and Chloe Brogdon

It was a proper cat-fight when Grace Christian Academy took on Echols County on Monday. The Grace Christian Academy Cougars fell to the Echols County Wildcats 47-42. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 42-30.

Despite the loss, Grace Christian Academy had strong showings from Chloe Brogdon, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards, and Kate Poitevint, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Martin, who posted six points.

Grace Christian Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Echols County, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
