Justin Garza's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Crater, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Justin Garza didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-2 victory against Oakmont on the 31st. As for Crater, they will challenge Hoover at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
