Volleyball Recap: Windward Extends Winning Streak to Four

Windward came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Viewpoint Patriots. The Wildcats not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 20th.

Windward not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Viewpoint between 16 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-19.

Windward pushed their record up to 22-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Viewpoint, Campbell Hall, and Brentwood School. As for the Patriots, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Windward will challenge rival Brentwood School at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Viewpoint is set to square off against their familiar foe Campbell Hall at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
