Basketball Game Preview: Holland Hornets vs. Milano Eagles

Holland and Milano are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The Holland Hornets will head out on the road to square off against the Milano Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Holland is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 62 points on Friday, they were much more limited against Troy on Friday. They were outmatched by the Trojans and fell 51-19. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Milano had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 48-47 win over Llano.

Milano's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Holland, they moved to 9-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Holland came up short against Milano in their previous meeting on December 13th, falling 46-41. Can Holland avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
