Baseball Recap: Shadow Hills Comes Up Short

Shadow Hills lost against Palm Desert back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aztecs. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shadow Hills saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julian Briceno, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Shadow Hills' loss dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Palm Desert, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 20-4.

Shadow Hills has already played their next contest, a 6-4 defeat against Rancho Mirage on the 2nd. As for Palm Desert, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 14-1 win against Palm Springs on the 2nd.
