Softball Recap: St. Petersburg Catholic Takes a Loss

St. Petersburg Catholic fell victim to Seffner Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 14-0. The Barons just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

St. Petersburg Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Seffner Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Petersburg Catholic will face off against Admiral Farragut at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Seffner Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Saint Stephen's Episcopal at 4:30 p.m. on the 17th.
