Volleyball Recap: Richfield Wildcats vs. Ogden Tigers
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Richfield had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Ogden Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Richfield never let Ogden on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-23.
Abbee Albrecht paced Richfield's offense, picking up 18 kills. Albrecht got some help from
Jordyn Bagley and her 41 assists.
Richfield has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-13 record this season. As for Ogden, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-16.
