Basketball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for Manchester West

Manchester West won the last time they faced Stark and things went their way on Friday too. The Manchester West Blue Knights came out on top against the Stark Generals by a score of 58-51. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Knights sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Manchester West pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Stark, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manchester West will take on Souhegan at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th. Manchester West knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Souhegan likes a good challenge. As for Stark, they will square off against Hollis-Brookline at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hollis-Brookline will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Stark surely won't give up without a fight.
