Basketball Game Preview: Larkin Royals vs. South Elgin Storm

The Larkin Royals will challenge the South Elgin Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Tuesday, Larkin came up short against Maine West and fell 57-49. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Elgin). They came out on top against Willowbrook by a score of 64-52 on Monday.

South Elgin's win bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Larkin, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Larkin didn't have too much breathing room in their match against South Elgin in their previous meeting two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 43-37 victory. Will Larkin repeat their success, or does South Elgin have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
