Baseball Recap: Parma Takes a Loss

Parma's last matchup with Nampa Christian could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Trojans, falling 9-1. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost six in a row.

Parma saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaden Cole, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Parma's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Nampa Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parma will welcome Vision at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Parma is facing Vision at the right time seeing as Vision is stuck on a 17-game losing streak. As for Nampa Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marsing at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Huskies will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
