Basketball Game Preview: Concord Minutemen vs. Northridge Raiders

Concord hasn't had much luck against Northridge recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Concord Minutemen will be playing in front of their home fans against the Northridge Raiders at 7:45 p.m.

Last Thursday, Concord came up short against NorthWood and fell 46-37. The matchup marked the Minutemen's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Northridge was fully in charge on Saturday, breezing past Jimtown 64-35. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 21 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Northridge and bumps their season record up to 15-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points over those games. As for Concord, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7.
