Basketball Recap: Fairmont Senior Takes a Loss

Fairmont Senior lost against Bridgeport on December 3rd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The matchup between the Fairmont Senior Polar Bears and the Bridgeport Indians didn't end well, with the Fairmont Senior Polar Bears falling 50-35.

Bridgeport's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Avery Humble, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Kloey Martinez, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds.

Fairmont Senior's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bridgeport, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Fairmont Senior didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-38 loss against Grafton on the 20th. As for Bridgeport, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 48-26 win against Robert C. Byrd on the 20th.
