Basketball Recap: North Allegheny Takes a Loss

North Allegheny was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 52-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Hills Indians. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Tigers came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 171st, while the Indians are ranked 434th).

North Allegheny's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for North Hills, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-10.

North Allegheny will be playing in front of their home fans against New Castle at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Hills, they will take on Woodland Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
