Basketball Recap: Camden Comes Up Short

If Camden was riding high fresh off their 51-25 takedown of Paulsboro last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Camden Panthers took a blow against the Cherry Hill East Cougars on Thursday, falling 83-41. The Panthers have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Camden's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Cherry Hill East, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden will welcome Camden Catholic at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cherry Hill East, they will square off against Eastern at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastern will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Cherry Hill East surely won't give up without a fight.
